Accessibility statement
We want everyone to be able to use this website, including people with disabilities. This statement (German: Barrierefreiheitserklärung) explains how accessible the site is and how to reach us if you run into a barrier.
Our goal
We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at levelAA — the recognised international standard for accessible websites. We build and review the site with that standard in mind.
Known limitations
We believe the site meets WCAG 2.2 level AA. Four things to keep in mind:
- The booking window on the Appointment page is provided by our service provider eTermin. We have no influence on its accessibility. You can arrange an appointment just as well by phone, by email or through our contact form.
- The videos in our collection are hosted and played on YouTube. We have no influence on their accessibility, for example on captions.
- Material added after launch, such as images, documents or embedded content, can fall short, for example through a missing text description. We check new content against the standard as it is built, and fix what we find.
- If you hit a barrier we haven't caught, please tell us. We treat it as a bug to fix.
Legal framework
This website provides information about our practice and, since September 2026, offers online appointment booking. There is no ordering and no shop. For consumer facing online booking services the formal requirements of the Austrian Accessibility Act (Barrierefreiheitsgesetz, BaFG) apply, in particular the statements on the compliance status and on feedback and enforcement. Microenterprises with fewer than 10 employees and an annual turnover of at most 2 million euro are exempt.
